What are the payment options?
Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email with our banking details for electronic funds Transfer (EFT). Your items will only be saved for 30 minutes.
Should no proof of payment be received within 30 minutes, those items will become available on the website again.
Please note your order will only be ready to ship when payment reflects in our bank account.

Do you sell gift cards?
Yes we do sell gift cards.
Select the amount you would like to purchase, and follow the check out procedure.
In the NOTES section - please add the person's details and message you would like on the voucher. We will gladly add it!
Once proof of payment has been received, we will send you the PDF file which you can simply print out or send to that special person.
What is your return/exchange policy?
Please note that SALE items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
You need to inform us within 3 days of receipt of your order that you would like to return/exchange the item. Return costs are for the customer's own account.
Refunds will be made once the item is received in resalable condition (not worn and make-up free).
When returning items, please make use of a reliable source, e.g. Aramex, The Courier Guy or Pudo.
Please arrange via email to get the delivery address for any returns.

When do you ship my order?
All orders are shipped on daily basis.
Proof of payment needs to be sent by 13h00 in order for your parcel to be shipped on the same day
All orders after 13h00 will only be shipped the following day.
